Bianca is a Clinical Psychologist from Melbourne, VIC. She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology), Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology).

She is the founder and Director of Comfort Psychology, and is also the co-lead of the Australian HSD & EDS Network. She also serves as a Board Director at the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Bianca is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is a member of the APS, and fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists. She is also a member of the Australian Pain Society (APS), and graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Bianca is also a board-approved supervisor and enjoys supervising provisional psychologists, clinical registrars, and general registered psychologists.

Bianca is trained in various evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Solution-Focused (Brief) Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Bianca is a LGBTQIA+ friendly and neurodiversity affirming practitioner.

Bianca has a particular interest in Autism, ADHD, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), and Long-Covid. She is a leading practitioner in the intersection of these conditions, with experience spanning private, public and community mental health settings, within Australia and internationally. She also draws from her own lived experience of these conditions, offering a unique perspective that enriches her professional practice.

Bianca’s commitment to these areas extends beyond her practice, where she is actively involved in advocacy work, delivering training, and offering supervision. Her efforts are focused on raising awareness, creating better healthcare outcomes, and igniting the interest of other healthcare professionals to contribute to this vital field.

Outside of her work, Bianca is an avid foodie and traveller. She is particularly fond of Korean, Japanese, and Singaporean cuisines – stemming from her time living in Singapore. If you ever spot her at the airport, she would most likely be seen hauling copious amounts of food products back for her culinary creations.

She also enjoys studying Korean, although this may just be a justification for her K-drama marathons, or pumping Korean music endlessly in the car, much to her husband’s enjoyment (sarcasm).

When she’s not in the kitchen or grooving to her favourite tunes, you'll find her swimming laps, playing with her two ragdoll cats (Bagel & Pretzel), gaming with her husband, or travelling overseas (with the occasional plane spotting on the way to the airport).
